Pope gunner is now free

So, I heard this morning that the guy who tried to assassinate the pope (John Paul the Second) is out of jail now. What I was really startled at was that, believe it or not, he was met with cheers. He must have done something I didn't know about, because usually people who tried and failed to kill someone aren't respected. I thought there would be the people who did want him dead and didn't, and the people who did wouldn't like him because he didn't do it, and the people who didn't want him dead would obviously be a little angry because he tried. Honestly, this is all kind of sickening.

New Orleans Follow- up

Okay, this is a follow- up I think I had to do for the New Orleans construction post a while ago. So now, more outrageous than not having a plan earlier, the people of New Orleans are not actually in favor of the plan. See, that part is their choice, but, come on. People need to do something to rebuild that town, get people and businesses there quick, because otherwise the town will be abandoned. On the other hand, is it worth rebuilding New Orleans? We won't get the funding to rebuild and get better levis, so at this point, I don't see the point of investing too much in a city that is a real estate version of Russian Roulette.

Drunk is better than Sleepy

Okay, a study that was realeased recently says if you are groggy from waking up, it is as bad or worse than being legally drunk. Enough said.

Oh my God, not again...

I happen to stumble quite harshly upon this article on Google News. Apperently, they are making iPod jeans, with a dock in the pocket, and headphones built in. You can even wash the clothes. Coming in around $200, this is for people who REALLY like iPods, or buy pants like that all the time. I have only one question: How do you get power to the dock?

Here is the article:

New Orleans Construction

Hey, apperently the plans for construction in New Orleans have been released just recently. You think that the people would clue in and make them ahead of time, but no. Apperently, no one expected this to actually happen. The people should have made a big deal about it BEFORE it happened, so then afterwards they can at least say "I told you so". See, now, they think they can do that, but they predict we will all die, all the time. It is like Death-a-thon channel: All catastrophy, All the time. We need to give them more money to improve their equipment, or tell them to shut up, or get no money at all.

New macs

Okay, so the new Macs came out. There is a black one, and the tagline for it was "4x faster (Dreams don't come true)". But, I thought to myself, Hey, I have wanted a laptop for a long time. My dream might have come true! But alas, Apple didn't forget to overprice their new items. $2000 is the price tag for that one. If you can afford it, and you don't have a job, assume I hate you because I don't want to listen to you ask, as I am sure the sound would be muffled by your ass, which coincidentally, is your mouth.
